All appointments are subjjected to weather conditions and fly zones on the day/ hour of appointment,and the site safety for take off ect.

3 hour prior to appointment cancellation, if the pilot cannot fly at the time they will rearrange another appointment. 

If the client cancellation is when the pilot is on site,then half fee is applicable.
